Meet Joseph Pianetta
With more than four decades in the printing industry, Joseph Pianetta has built a career helping bring creative ideas to life. In 2026, he launched Crayon Cards, inspired by a lifelong friendship and a deeply personal family experience. The original idea came from Joe’s late business partner, Bill Bihn, who envisioned turning photos into personalized coloring books more than 20 years ago. After Bill’s passing, Joe kept the dream alive, waiting for the right time to bring it forward.
That moment came while caring for his father and witnessing how powerful memories can remain even as other abilities fade. Inspired by familiar photographs and new AI technology, Joe transformed the concept into personalized coloring books designed to spark reminiscence, connection, and joy for families. Today, Crayon Cards helps preserve stories and create meaningful shared moments.
