Even if they don't remember who you are, you still know who they are
Look out for signs of depression and act on them. Please remember to take care of yourself….’You cannot pour from an empty cup’
Listen to your body, if you need to rest or have a break...do!
Take care of yourself
Seek support from others...you do not have to do everything by yourself
