Through AlzAuthors, she has helped amplify the voices of authors, caregivers, professionals, and individuals whose stories provide education, understanding, hope, and support to families around the world.<\/p>\n<p>In this conversation, Lance and Marianne discuss her newest book and the inspiration behind its creation, including the powerful individual stories and six-word memoirs that capture moments of love, loss, resilience, caregiving, and the realities of living alongside Alzheimer\u2019s and dementia.<\/p>\n<p>They explore how the memoirs were gathered, the meaning behind the book\u2019s artwork and design, and why even a few carefully chosen words can communicate experiences that are often difficult to describe.<\/p>\n<p>Marianne also shares several of the six-word memoirs featured in the book and discusses why creating opportunities for caregivers to tell their stories matters.
