But, as she told All Home Care Matters\u2019 Lance A. Slatton, \u201cI don\u2019t think anyone is ever equipped to receive a diagnosis like FTD \u2026 to see your life shift from what you envisioned it would be.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s definitely a challenge,\u201d she continued. \u201cIt has changed my relationship with my husband. He is still the same person I married nearly 40 years ago, but it took a while for me to recognize it.
