He liaised with restaurants, forged critical partnerships that led to GrubHub\u2019s expansion into new markets nationwide, and helped lay the foundation for much of their future sales strategy.<\/p>\n<p>An aspiring entrepreneur, in 2017, Jimmy co-founded with his father, Peter Zollo, Collaborata, a market research startup that develops innovative large-scale projects focusing on key demographic groups. In 2021, Jimmy co-founded the Multicultural Insights Collective to help organizations assess and improve their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategies and practices.<\/p>\n<p>Joe &amp; Bella is Jimmy\u2019s second collaboration with his father, Peter.<\/p>\n<p>About Joe &amp; Bella:<\/p>\n<p>Founded by father-son team Peter and Jimmy Zollo, Joe &amp; Bella is a Chicago-based adaptive clothing company that is committed to making innovative and fashionable clothing for an older audience.
