Marc Joseph is an author and the co-founder of babyboomers.org.<\/p>\n<p>Gramps Jeffrey\u2019s children\u2019s book, \u201cI Don\u2019t Want to Turn 3\u201d, explores what goes through a toddler\u2019s mind that parents are so desperate to understand. It is based on the true experiences he has had with his 6 grandchildren that were born 2 each to his 3 Millennial daughters.<\/p>\n<p>Gramps Jeffrey is the pen name for Marc Joseph whose first book \u201cThe Secrets of Retailing\u2026How to Beat Wal-Mart\u201d was written to help entrepreneurs and small businesses compete against the big guys.
